Store managers draw up their staffing plans in Timegrip. Scheduling can be done per day or per week, and aggregates into a monthly plan. The system also supports many different balance periods should that be necessary.
Once a store manager has completed their basic staffing plan for a particular period, the weeks can be copied over an unlimited number of weeks. It is also possible to swap duty rosters between individual employees per week, which allows a shift pattern to be quickly scheduled forward in time.
