Our project managers and consultants strive to ensure that our customers are 100 per cent successful in their Timegrip acquisition and implementation. Using up-to-date project management tools and methods, Timegrip has successfully delivered more than 150 high-quality, cost-effective Enterprise projects.

Project framework

Timegrip uses both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies, frequently a combination of both. Elements affecting the choice of project methodology include an overall assessment of the project, the needs of the phase in question, the task to be performed, the customer’s preferences and capacity, as well as Timegrip’s experience-based recommendations.

All phases of our projects have defined outcomes. The most important objectives in each phase are described and recommended outcomes determined. Deliverables that must be approved by the customer before transitioning to a new phase form the basis for defined milestones along the way.

Roles and responsibilities

Good cooperation and communication are vital for project success. The customer’s involvement and participation in all aspects and phases of the project play a major role in the final outcome. Timegrip devotes the resources it deems necessary to ensure high quality throughout the project. Resources are deployed on a permanent or ad hoc basis as required.

Project plan

The project plan contains a detailed breakdown of all activities in each phase, preparations for the next phase and defined milestones, as well as any interdependencies between them. The project plan clearly explains the consequences of not reaching the subgoals set. The plan describes the project’s progression and highlights the activities that must be accomplished in relation to each milestone.
