When extra staffing is needed, open shifts can be automatically created in the system and displayed on the app. Managers can choose to add specific details about the shift, such as tasks, location, and duration.

Through the app, employees quickly get an overview of available shifts, filtered by location and job type. They can see details such as time, place, and requirements before choosing to accept.

Employees can bid on vacant shifts that fit their schedule with just a few clicks. The system automatically ensures that shifts do not overlap and that work rules are followed.

Once a shift is accepted, the schedule is updated automatically. Additionally, the employee receives a notification to keep them informed about their new shift.

To make it more attractive for employees to take on an urgent shift, you, as the scheduler, can offer quick payment for the shift – for example, as early as the next business day.
