ENG: Terms and conditions of use of the Timegrip app

Timegrip’s app has been developed by Holion ApS for Timegrip A/S.

Timegrip’s app is provided to you in accordance with an existing agreement between Timegrip A/S and your organisation. Functionality of the app has been defined by your employer.

Processing of personal data is the responsibility of your employer via the Timegrip app; in this regard, your employer is the Data Controller. As a user of the Timegrip app, including any data entry, processing is done under the terms and conditions of your employment.

The Timegrip app uses Google in connection with mileage registration and push notifications. By using the Timegrip app, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Should you have any recommendations, data processing questions, or complaints related to Timegrip’s app, please refer them directly to your employer.

The Timegrip app processes location data locally on your device to resolve a geofence presence and is not disclosed to your employer or Timegrip.
